What NEP 2020 actually asks of report cards
The old report card was a marks column. The NEP model — the Holistic Progress Card — asks for something much richer: competency-based reporting (what the student can actually do, not just what they scored), progress over time, identified learning gaps, co-curricular and socio-emotional growth, and student reflection.
