We're building AIvenX because schools deserve software as thoughtful as the work they do. One platform. One bill. AI where it actually helps — and a teacher's approval before any of it reaches a student.

How long does it take to go live? +
14 days from contract signing. Days 1-3 we provision your tenant and import classes/sections/fee structure. Days 4-7 we migrate student and staff records from your existing system. Days 8-11 we run training for admin, principal, teachers, and parents. Days 12-14 you go live with one class, then full rollout. White-glove migration is included.
We already use [School ERP X]. Can you migrate our data? +
Yes. Our team handles CSV / SQL exports from common ERPs (Entab, Educomp, Fedena, custom builds, even spreadsheets). We map fields, validate, and re-confirm with you before import. You don't reformat anything — that's our job.
Where is our data stored? Is it safe? +
All data is hosted in India — DPDP-aligned, low latency for Indian schools. Each school is isolated at the database level (multi-tenant). Daily encrypted backups with point-in-time recovery. One-click data export anytime, no lock-in. Face embeddings only (never raw photos). Student data never trains third-party AI models.
What happens if we don't like AIvenX after the pilot? +
The 14-day pilot is risk-free. If you walk away, you take a full data export with you — no termination fee, no contract trap. We'd rather you join honestly than be locked in unhappily.
Does AI replace our teachers? +
No — and we'd refuse to build that. AI generates draft chapters, draft questions, draft grades. A teacher reviews and approves before any student sees the output. Cortex saves time on prep and grading; teaching stays human.
Do I need a fingerprint scanner for face attendance? +
No special hardware. Any USB or laptop webcam works. A tablet at the classroom door is enough for a class of 40. ID-card scan continues as a backup for edge cases.
What about pricing? +
